Paw Lamour Returns & Refund Policy

At Paw lamour, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item(s) to initiate a return.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

  • Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., perishable goods, grooming tools) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

2. Initiating a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at support@pawlamour.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending the item(s) back.

Please note: Returns sent without prior communication may not be processed.

3. Return Shipping

  • Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Recommendation: We advise using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approval: If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the returned item is not in its original condition, a deduction may be made.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item:

  1. Contact us immediately at returns@pawlamour.co.uk with your order number and photos of the item.

  2. We'll provide instructions for a replacement or refund.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
