Matting can cause serious discomfort and skin issues for your dog. Our De-matting service is a gentle yet effective solution to restore your pet’s coat to a healthy, tangle-free state.

This service includes:

Coat assessment and consultation before starting

Careful and patient removal of mats and tangles

Use of specialised tools and detangling sprays

After-care brushing to help prevent future matting

How it works:

De-matting can be added to any grooming package

If your dog arrives with a matted coat, we will assess the condition and inform you of the estimated time and cost before starting

Please note: In cases of severe matting, alternative solutions (such as a full clip-down) may be recommended for the wellbeing of your pet.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 25% cancellation fee, which is non-refundable.

To cancel or reschedule, please call the store directly. We do not accept cancellations via email or social media.
